Wendy B. Mack
Wendy Mack is an expert in change, communication, and leadership. As a consultant and speaker, she specializes in working with leaders who want to engage their employees and align their organizations to make change happen quickly and effectively.
Wendy founded T3 Consulting in 2001. As president, she regularly consults with clients on the design and implementation of large-scale change initiatives. Wendy and her team have created customized training programs, performance management tools, and employee brand-awareness campaigns for a variety of clients in the high-tech, nonprofit, and government services industries. Some of T3's most notable clients include Northrop Grumman, AOL, The US Geological Survey, and The Nature Conservancy.
In addition to speaking and consulting, Wendy is a prolific writer and contributor the field of change leadership. She is the author of the popular e-book, Transforming Anxiety into Energy, co-author of the book Change at the Core, and author of numerous articles and papers. Wendy has appeared on television and is often cited as a subject matter expert in the press.
Wendy holds an M.A. in Organizational Communication from the University of Maryland. She is an active member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), the National Speakers Association (NSA), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Myron received his BA from DeSales University and his MBA from Amber University (Texas Christian). He holds certifications as a Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), Values Analyst (CPVA), Attributes Index Analyst (CAIA), and TriMetrics Job & Talent Benchmarking. He is also certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, a leadership transformation tool.
